Security Water District provides drinking water to about 19,000 residential and business customers within our service area, which includes Security and a portion of Fountain (immediately south of Colorado Springs, Colorado). We also provide wastewater collection and treatment services to customers within our service area.

The Districts were formed in 1954 in El Paso County, the same year nearby Camp Carson became Fort Carson, a U.S. Army installation.
