Due to conoravirus (COVID-19) our customer service office is closed to walk-in customers until further notice.
Although staff is still working in the office, the lobby is not open to the public. District personnel will not be entering homes during this time.
Please call our office by phone or email, during our normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday).
The Security Water and Sanitation Districts are temporarily suspending the assessment of late fees and the disconnection of service for non-payment while our community responds to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we encourage customers to keep current with their bill payments. If necessary, please contact our office to make payment arrangements.
We encourage customers to pay online to keep our customers and staff safe. Payments can be made through our ‘Bill Pay’ link below and on the homepage of our site. The bill pay site accepts credit and/or debit cards. If you don’t have an online account, you can use the ‘quick pay’ option and input your account number.
If the online option is not available to you, you can pay via check or money order through a drop box located at the northwest corner of the building or the payment slot just to the south of the front door. If you need to pay by cash, please call our office to discuss options.
Alternatives to toilet paper are bad for our wastewater systems, especially in times like these. In particular:
… should not be flushed down the toilet. They cause costly and unsanitary wastewater back-ups into homes and businesses. Help us serve you well – Flush only toilet paper down the drain.
