Brandon Bernard is the Operations Manager for Water and Wastewater. He has been in the water and wastewater industries for nineteen years and holds multiple certifications in water treatment, water distribution, wastewater collections, and wastewater treatment. Brandon has completed a Certificate of Utility Management from Willamette University, the Certified Public Manager Program through the University of Denver and acquired a master’s certification in Applied Global Stability for Water Resources.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Theatre from Northwest Missouri State University. Brandon currently sits as the Vice President of the Lower Fountain Water Quality Association.
